METHOD AND ORGANIZATION
The workshop combines theory and practice (Hands-On) to provide structured and effective learning. After video tutorials are shown, participants will immediately put the techniques into practice on animal models, with direct tutor supervision for an immersive and interactive learning experience.

TOPICS AND MODULES
This course focuses on the Resorbable Dome Device (RDD) technique for guided bone regeneration (GBR). Clinical protocol for the treatment of fenestrations and bone dehiscences, advanced suturing techniques, and post-extraction socket management using biomaterials and hyaluronic acid will be covered.

Learning surgical techniques, describing a “” step by step “” approach for regenerative procedures illustrated in a didactic and detailed manner, subject to video tutorial projection and immediate execution by the participant, conveying to the clinician the ability to interpret the anatomical characteristics of soft tissue, hard tissue, and bone defects, select the most appropriate material, based on the diagnosis of the bone defect, prevent failure, avoid cosmetic damage, and achieve positive and stable long-term results.

09.00-09.15 Introduction of the course.

09.15-11.00 Clinical Case, Video Tutorial, Practical Session.

RDD: Clinical Protocol in GBR in the Treatment of Bone Fenestrations and Dehiscences and Horizontal Thickening Increases.

11:00-11:30 a.m.: Coffee break.

11.30-13.00 Clinical Case, Video Tutorial, Practical Session.

SUTURE techniques in GBR with PDSII: to stabilize resorbable membrane, to stabilize connective graft and/or heterologous connective matrix, to achieve optimal flap closure.

13:00-14:30 Lunch break.

14.30-17.00 Clinical Case, Video Tutorial, Practical Session.
  • PDS II. Clinical Protocol in GBR in the Management of the Post-Extraction Alveolus.
  • Benefits of the additional use of Hyaluronic Acid and biomaterials.

17:00 Questions and answers – closing session
