SALES AGENTS in EMILIA ROMAGNA (BIOMEDICAL DENTAL SECTOR).
The resource will interface with dental practices and/or distributors to whom they will propose innovative solutions.
We turn to expert sales resources who preferably come from the dental field or alternatively from the medical sector. We are looking for people who love commercial negotiation and who want to stand out in an ever-active sector where a new customer often becomes a loyal buyer for years. Ability to manage high loads of stress and passion for one's personal training complete the profile.

The figure must be a key support in the team for achieving objectives and meeting deadlines. The resource will have as its main objective the recruitment and management of Key Opinion Leaders in the dental sector both nationally and internationally.
Main tasks:
• Management of scientific projects aimed at consolidating the company brand and enhancing the scientific value of the product
•Recruitment, management and support of opinion leaders in the dental field
• Event planning and organization support - collaborations with scientific societies - partnerships (planning and organization of events / management of all aspects and multiple activities that lead to the final realization of an event: from the creative and ideation phase to the executive, collaboration and coordination with the various figures involved)
• Research current benchmark trends and audience preferences
• Competitor analysis
• Collaboration with the Management and the Marketing Team for the implementation of the communication strategy to align with the business objectives (at a scientific level)
• Collaborate with other teams, such as sales and customer service, to ensure brand consistency
Skills and Characteristics:
• Preferably a degree in science
• Excellent knowledge and mastery of the English language (and preferably Spanish)
• Goal and customer orientation.
• Ability to manage working times and adequate verbal standing.
• Excellent command of tools for creating structured presentations and reporting
• Excellent communication skills and commercial skills
• Analytical and multitasking skills
• Knowledge of commercial promotion channels
